Kediri26/10/2023– Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri bersama Asosiasi Pengusaha Cat Fish Kediri dan Republik Lele berhasil memecahkan rekor penyajian sate lele terbanyak dengan jumlah 25.323 tusuk.
Kegiatan penyajian sate lele terbanyak yang dicatat di Museum Rekor Dunia Indonesia (MURI) ini diadakan di Lapangan Tulungrejo, Kecamatan Pare, Rabu (25/10/2023).
Menariknya dalam acara itu, Bupati Hanindhito Himawan Pramana bersama istri Eriani Annisa Hanindhito yang merupakan Ketua Tim Penggerak PKK Kabupaten Kediri dan jajaran Forkopimda ikut serta menjajal membakar sate lele.
Perwakilan MURI Sri Widayati menyebut Kabupaten Kediri sebelumnya sudah ada beberapa kali rekor yang tercatat di MURI diantaranya berbahan lele.
Masing-masing, sajian pecel lele terbanyak pada Maret 2019, kemudian penyajian dawet lele terbanyak pada Februari 2020.
“Dan mewakili ketua umum MURI pada hari ini kami mengumumkan sekaligus mengesahkan bahwa sajian sate lele terbanyak 25.323 resmi tercatat di Museum Rekor Dunia Indonesia, ” katanya.
Sri Widayati mengungkapkan, jumlah sate lele yang disajikan 25.323 tusuk tersebut disesuaikan dengan angka ulang tahun Kabupaten Kediri pada 25 Maret 2023.
Pihaknya mengapreasiasi atas upaya yang telah dilakukan Pemerintah Kabupaten Kediri, Asosiasi Pengusaha Cat Fish Kediri dan Republik Lele. Sebab, menurut dia kuliner sate lele saat ini termasuk masih sangat jarang ditemui.
“Sehingga ini suatu terobosan yang bagus yang menarik dan kreatif untuk sajian sate lele terbanyak,” ungkapnya.
Rekor penyajian sate lele terbanyak itu menjadi rekor ke-11.337 yang tercatat di MURI. Selain rekor yang disebut diatas, beberapa rekor lain dari Kabupaten Kediri yang telah tercatat di MURI yakni pelayanan KB MOW dengan peserta terbanyak, pembacaan sholawat nariyah secara serentak oleh santri terbanyak.
Kemudian, kontes ikan cupang dengan jumlah terbanyak dan kontes ikan cupang dengan hadiah terbesar pada Juni 2021, desa yang memiliki lembaga kursus dan pelatihan bahasa asing terbanyak pada November 2022.
Sementara itu, Bupati Hanindhito Himawan Pramana menyebut Kabupaten Kediri merupakan produsen lele terbesar ke dua se-Jawa Timur dengan total produksi 16.310 ton dengan nilai ekonomis pertahun mencapai Rp 300 milyar.
Mas Dhito, Sapan akrabnya menyampaikan, pemecahan rekor MURI penyajian sate lele terbanyak tersebut sekaligus untuk menyemarakkan gerakan gemar makan ikan. Hal ini mengingat konsumsi ikan lele menjadi salah satu upaya pemenuhan gizi untuk menangani kasus stunting di Kabupaten Kediri.
“Tergetnya zero digit stunting di Kabupaten Kediri dan target per 2024 adalah single digit stunting,” tuturnya.
Dalam acara itu, Mas Dhito juga melakukan dialog dengan pembudidaya lele. Diakui orang nomor satu di Kabupaten Kediri itu dalam dialog tersebut ada permintaan terkait penyediaan indukan F1.
Sebelum menindaklanjuti permintaan pembudidaya itu, pihaknya akan terlebih dahulu bertemu untuk bermusyawarah dengan para pelaku budidaya atau peternak lele lain.
“Kita dalam waktu dekat akan ngopi bersama di daerah Pare sini bersama teman-teman peternak lele, nanti misal kita telah menyediakan indukan F1 jangan sampai malah tidak menambah nilai produksinya ataupun mengefisiensi cost (budidaya) lele tersebut,” tandasnya
